Well sorta.

Verbal exchange in one of my classes yesterday:

Boy: "Our football team lost because of the band!"

Bandgirl: "What?"

Boy: "We lost last night because the band sucks!"

Bandgirl: "Excuse me?"

Boy: "You heard me!"

Bandgirl: "You need to learn how to play an instrument before you go around putting people down!"

Boy: (Starts trying to raise his voice to respond.)

Me: "Okay, everybody calm down. You need a pencil for this scantron."

What a moronic thing to fight about.
